Calibration and Certification of the Uti Band

UTI (Ultrasonic Tank Inspection) bands, used for regular inspection of fuel and liquid cargo tanks on ships, should undergo periodic calibration and certification to ensure accurate measurements.

We provide calibration and certification services for all models of UTI bands, including those from manufacturers such as MMC, Tanksystem, Tanktech & Rongded. The calibration process is carried out by our specially trained personnel and follows a specific procedure. During this process, the measurement settings of the UTI band are checked and adjusted if necessary.

The certification process is conducted to document that the UTI band is functioning correctly and reliably. It is performed after the calibration process and demonstrates that the UTI band is accurately measuring the tanks.
